GET THE BEST MAGNESIUM
My #1 Choice - Magnesium Breakthrough - combines 7 types of magnesium in a humic/fulvic monoatomic blend to optimize absorption. I personally use it to combat attacks – nothing else compares.
Are you looking for a migraine expert to help you cope with your migraines? After over 26 years of suffering from them (and a master's degree in counseling + 20 years experience), I feel I am more equipped to be a migraine coach and pain management counselor than most.
Imagine this …. you’re at work, it’s about 10:30 in the morning and you are having a Kit Kat bar for morning coffee break. You hop online to check your emails and you feel a strange sense of panic arising. And then nausea.
Not sure of what is going on, you head for the bathroom. With just a few steps your head starts to throb and the sunlight pierces your eyes from the huge ceiling to floor windows. Will you make it to the bathroom?
"I will die from embarrassment if I throw up right here." You quicken your pace. Everything is going fuzzy. You just make it to the ladies’ room and the rest is a blur.
Does this sound familiar to you?
That was my first migraine. I remember it like it was yesterday.
I also remember throwing up on the way home and trying not to fall overboard on the ferry.
That was over twenty years ago. I knew nothing about migraines back then.
Do you calmly wonder when the pain will end and relax into bed with an ice pack? Or are you more like me and worry yourself sick that you are going to die?
Do you want the good news or the bad news first?
The bad news is that migraine is a medical condition that has no cure. You will need new coping skills.
The good news is that there are some really effective migraine abortive and preventative medications on the market today.
There are also some helpful alternative treatments that work. And I can teach you some really effective coping skills.
Plus it is really really really rare to die from having a migraine attack.
Today we have a better chance at finding what works than five or ten years ago. My journey started with seeing a psychiatrist, after being told it was all in my imagination.
We have come a long way since then. Information and education is key to survival. Remember:
Information & Education = Options & Choices

I'm really sorry that I'm currently unable to help you personally.
I'm the sole author and webmaster of Migraine Savvy and with thousands of visitors to my site every day it's just impossible to respond personally to all the requests for help.
Plus I'm focusing all my energy on making as much information freely available here on my website to help as many people as possible.
I can’t tell you how satisfying it feels to be able to reach soooo many of you through my articles, book and courses.
And although I can’t help you personally, I certainly can point you in the right direction.
I hope you understand and I'll let you know as soon as I am available once again to provide my personal services.
Please know this... you don't have to handle migraines on your own. You can get help, learn what works and you can become your own migraine expert.
