Here's one fabulous tool to use if you get nasty symptoms

Celebrating Migraine Awareness Month

Hello again my friend,

This is the last week of FREE give aways. You have 48 hours to download The Symptom Tracker Journal e-book.

Cheers to all of you who downloaded the other e-books. I hope you are putting them to good use, and they are not just sitting in a TO DO folder somewhere to read later.

As I've said a few times now, I’m very grateful for all of your kind words and feedback. It sounds like you are already experiencing some progress and having fun at the same time with the 30-Day Challenges. I am always so pleased to read the feedback.

So now you have 48 hours to use this code to download your new e-book for FREE!

Use this code at checkout – SYMFREE48

Just go to this link >> my bookstore << and choose that book, go through the purchase process, use the code and it's yours. FREE!

I hope this helps you identify patterns so you can abort an attack and tame the symptoms as fast as possible. You can take this to your next doctor’s appointment to help form an effective pain management strategy as well.

There is that one crucial bit of information around timing that I share in the e-book that could change how you take your meds, and which ones you use in your strategic plan of attack.

I hope you enjoyed all the freebies this month. Do let me know your favorite bits.

OK, that’s it for this week.

I'm so grateful that you stay in touch and allow me into your inbox from time to time... do take care of yourself.

Until next time, stay well and be pain free... as pain free as possible.

Holly

A Personal Note

For the past 7 or 8 years I have been studying our brains potential to change. It’s commonly referred to as plasticity. More recently I have been doing brain retraining including lots of dancing and laughter yoga. So, you may notice that I am starting to take a different direction in future blog posts.

I am hoping to share more joy, laughter and feel-good endorphins with you to help you on your health journey. YAY!

There are over 400 pages of serious well researched migraine treatment, prevention, medication and just everything migraine still here. But from now on… it’s going to be more about fun and laughter to move our brains away from engrained chronic pain conditioning patterns.

And that’s ALL good news!!!
