To,

What type of magnesium should I take for migraines?

March 2018 – Issue 88

Thanks so much for your responses. It's been wonderful.

Last month a few of you asked if magnesium could help stop your migraines... and I replied in depth... as I do!

Here’s the link if you missed it… Can Magnesium Help With Migraine?

In response to that question comes a another question of which magnesium to take? You can’t just take any old form, or you might just get diarrhea (hint, it’s oxide) with no effect on your migraines.

Oxide is great for constipation though, so if you find yourself with this problem then a combination could be the way to go.
