30 Day Mental Health Challenge


Hello again my friend,

Ok so you might remember I mentioned the 30 Day Brain Health challenge… well I’ve also been thinking of doing a 30 Day Challenge for lifting depression, and another for reducing anxiety with tools to use every day so at the end of the month you will be in a much better emotional space.

Or maybe 10 days. Short. Sweet. And to the point.

Some reasonable length of time for you to experiment with enough tools that can be used over and over to tame those overwhelming emotions that can accompany attacks.

If you are interested in participating in either one of those, just hit reply and say (you can copy and paste).

A Personal Note

For the past 7 or 8 years I have been studying our brains potential to change. It’s commonly referred to as plasticity. More recently I have been doing brain retraining including lots of dancing and laughter yoga. So, you may notice that I am starting to take a different direction in future blog posts.

I am hoping to share more joy, laughter and feel-good endorphins with you to help you on your health journey. YAY!

There are over 380 pages of serious well researched migraine treatment, prevention, medication and just everything migraine still here. But from now on… it’s going to be more about fun and laughter to move our brains away from engrained chronic pain conditioning patterns.

And that’s ALL good news!!!
