100 Newsletters And What Have You Learned?

Migraine Story Highlights

This is my 100th issue of Surviving Chronic Migraine. WOW! How time flies... and I've learned so much doing all the research and from you too.

I've written about food, diet, exercise, treatments, symptoms, new medications, alternative treatments... I could go on and on.

What have you learned from me or from something recently that has made a huge difference for reducing your attacks? If you want me to share that, just hit reply and let me know. I read every email.

This month we are highlighting migraine stories, so that if you are tired of that throbbing, relentless, stabbing pain in your head... this is to remind you that you are not alone.

Plus, we all love to hear when you share your story. You just never know what someone else might learn.

Here are the links for: where you can submit your story, an amazing guest post from Catherine Evans (she shares tips all of us can learn from) and a little of my story.
