It's Time To Celebrate!

June is migraine awareness month and I have some surprises and freebies for you.

It really is time to celebrate! New migraine medications, more awareness this month, and new leading advocates to help us find new ways to get rid of migraines! YAY!

I’ve been very busy the past few months… and I’m going to share all of that over the next few days with you.

I’m really excited… here’s what’s new:

#1. New video additions to the Migraine Pain Management Course

In Module 1 – The full course video has been published and is free to view. If you’re already enrolled, you can go over and watch it now. All of Module 1 is free.

If you want to enroll now, here's the link - Migraine Pain Management Course

In Module 2 – three new videos have been added: Let's Walk Through the Journaling Process Together; How to Use The CBT Worksheet to Help You Reduce Anxiety; and A Short Talk on Depression.

And a bonus video on getting the LI4 headache acupressure point right.

#2. Here’s what’s FREE!

I’ve recorded a free workshop which might just refresh your memory if you’ve already done the course, or it will be a time saver if you haven’t.
