Do You Get Daily Headaches?

What are the causes of your relentless daily headaches?

A couple of months ago we talked about what causes migraines and covered the difference between causes and triggers.

This month the spotlight is on the causes of daily headaches.

Do you struggle with daily headaches or migraines? I had unbearable migraines 20 days each and every month for almost 26 years. And to be honest, I just don't know what I would have done without those few days of respite in between.

So, these two posts are for you if you struggle daily.

If I missed something, or you want to share a great tip to survive daily headaches, please let me know by replying directly to this email.

That's it for this month. Next month we'll cover causes of headache in children. There's just so much to know... isn't there! Stay well.

I hope you are having a happy, healthy, positive month,
