Are you in pain?

The Rock and the Hard Place: Exploring the Gifts of Pain

If you’ve been with me for a while, you know I favor meditation and its stress reducing, health and well-being benefits. I have a process to share with you that takes meditation to a new level.

It is like a talking meditation and it's the best resource I have to combat my migraines and the chaos they cause.

I’ve even planned a new course for it, and low and behold my guru has done a 3-module video course. So... why reinvent the wheel when you can learn from the best.

Although it’s not tweaked for migraines, it does deal with chronic pain. I have found this to be the most effective therapy (self-therapy) over the years (many years!) to help me find what’s right for me, when I need to take action and what I need to do next... if anything!

It’s the best way I’ve found to tune into the body and hear what it’s saying.

I’ve written a little about my experience last year when I did the course - Focusing with Chronic Pain

I can’t wait to hear what you think... so keep me posted.

I hope you are having a happy, healthy, positive week,

Holly
