Want to boost your brain health?

In Just 20 Minutes A Day

Hello again my friend,

Yesterday I mentioned that I watched these 2 interviews Strategies to Boost Brain Health and Food and Diets: A Nutritionist’s Take On How They Affect Migraine on the Migraine World Summit.

What it inspired me to do is a 30-Day Challenge with this new information. Are you in?

If you are, just hit reply and say Yes – I am in for the 30 Day Brain Health Challenge. And I will be sure to let you know when we can get started.

I’m thinking of a whole month of – Krystal L. Culler, DBH, MA said 20 minutes a day – twice a day for 10 minutes... but I am thinking of making things even easier than that. I’ll tell you more details if you’re interested.

Laughing before bed is great for children, to help them sleep better, so why not use this as adults!

I’ve been studying brain plasticity for over 7 years now, so I have A LOT to share with you. YAY!

I’m so excited. So, let me know if you are interested. It will include a bit of journaling, movements beneficial to the brain, laughter, the right snacks and well... some of it will just have to be a surprise!

Remember...

***THE RIGHT EDUCATION COULD CHANGE YOUR LIFE.***

That’s it for now.

I'm so appreciative that you stay in touch and allow me into your inbox from time to time... do take care of yourself.

Until next time, stay well and be pain free... as pain free as possible, and I hope to see you in the challenge!

Holly
