There is so much information swirling around social media and taking time away from the noise to connect with yourself in order to foster more self-trust and to de-stress is a very nurturing thing to do.

As we all stay home to help stop the spread of COVID-19, we can look on the bright side. The world is slowing down and we can take time to reflect.

I love this poem by Kitty O’Meara floating around social media.
