What Are Your Most Annoying Symptoms?

Migraine Symptom Highlights

I have to be honest with you, when I first heard that the pain phase is not the most debilitating part of the migraine for some of you... I was shocked.

I used to get 10 day long migraines with 3 days off and then ten days on... 3 days off... this cycle went on for many, many years. And the head pain symptoms... they rendered me unconscious for most of the ten days with a few days of hangover. Postdrome is the correct term.

So this month is on knowing your symptoms and symptom management. Please feel free to share what your most annoying symptoms are. I know... annoying is not a strong enough word.

Debilitating, soul destroying, and relentless might fit better.

Here Are The Highlights For This Month

That's it for this month. And as it's nearly Christmas already, next month is going to be about stress reduction.

I hope you are having a happy, healthy, positive week,

Holly
