The best time to reduce stress to prevent headaches is…

Quick answer... as soon as you notice you're stressed out.

It’s short and sweet this month… just for something different!

Do you ever feel so stressed out, that it causes a migraine attack? Stress is a well know migraine trigger... thankfully it wasn’t one of my big ones.

So, can migraines be caused by anxiety? Causes and triggers are different things... but yes, I am positive anxiety can trigger an attack. What have your experiences been around stress and anxiety as a trigger?

Here's a short video I recorded from my book Migraine Management (page 9 – 11) to help you understand why you might feel anxiety and panic before an attack.

Remember...

***THE RIGHT EDUCATION COULD CHANGE YOUR LIFE.***

That’s it for this month.

I'm so appreciative that you stay in touch and allow me into your inbox each month... do take care of yourself.

Until next time, stay well and be pain free... as pain free as possible,

Holly
